House Rye
The proposed design is characterised by a cluster of three volumes that respond to the different levels of the existing steep and varying terrain. Views from the main areas towards the ocean and the surrounding bushland are enabled through this stepping of volumes.
Kids bedrooms capture the northern sun along a level zone of the site providing an outdoor play area.
The entry level is connecting the main volume with the garage and offers room for a study and guest room.
